Michel Munn
CEO / Lead Consultant
Michel Munn has helped companies navigate DOT and FMCSA compliance since 2003. As CEO and Lead Consultant of Munn Safety Services, he leads the company’s long-term vision, oversees third-party verification programs, and works directly with clients to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
Jake Munn
CMO / CLO
In 2009, Jake developed the online training division of Munn Safety Services and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Learning Officer. He oversees the Munn Safety’s learning management system (SaferHub) and is responsible for customer acquisition, training development, marketing strategy, and digital infrastructure – driving growth and high-quality learning outcomes for customers.
Perry James
Head of Content Development
Perry joined Munn Safety Services in 2021 after nearly a decade of experience in writing and education. He serves as the head of content development for the online training division of the company. His focus is on delivering quality, easy-to-understand safety training content to all Munn Safety customers.
Layne Turan
LMS/CTPA
Layne Turan joined the Munn Safety Services team in summer of 2024. She is responsible for tracking driver credentials, recurring training dates, managing customer’s drug and alcohol programs, and delivering online training cards and certificates. She is in training for DOT Consulting and Management.
Erin Ford
Content Development / Customer Service
Erin joined Munn Safety Services in 2025. With a background in education, she helps develop clear, high-quality written content across multiple areas of the company. Her friendly and detail-oriented approach also makes her a great resource for assisting customers with compliance and certification needs.
Ladner Watts
Content Development / Customer Service
Ladner joined Munn Safety Services in 2025. He supports customers with a variety of online and technical needs, bringing a positive, upbeat attitude to every interaction. As a key member of the content team, he also adds visual creativity to our online training modules.
